All fees include anesthesia, epidural, immediate pre and post operative radiographs, surgery, implants, routine go home medications, and all follow-up visits and consultations. Fees do not include pre-surgical consultation, blood work, additional hospitalization/ICU (when needed) or follow up radiographs.
